Our Programs & Classes
Students and enthusiasts of martial arts have many reasons for their interest in the martial arts. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

Karate Rangers & Lil' Dragons
We believe in age specific classes. It makes classes easier and more comfortable for most people to be in class with people their own age. Our Karate Rangers Class is for children between the ages of 3 - 5 years old and our Lil Dragons Class is for children between the ages of 6 - 8 years old. We have an age specific curriculum for both age groups.

Freshmen & Sophomores
This program is for children between the ages of 9 and 12 years old. Our Freshmen are white, yellow and orange belts and our Sophomores are purple, blue and blue advance belts.

Juniors and Seniors
This program is for our more advance students. Juniors are our green, green advance and brown belts and our Seniors are our brown advance and student black belts. Seniors are in black belt prep. school, preparing to earn their black belts.

Black Belts
We have black belts that have been with us for over 10 years, who started out as Karate Rangers. We currently have students who've earned their 1st and 2nd degree black belts and we are in the process of promoting our first 3rd degree black belts in December 2008.

Keepin' It REAL - Fitness & Self Defense Program (Teens & Adults)
This program is new and innovative. It is designed to give you what you want and what you need in regards to physical fitness and practical self-defense. This is a 6 week, recurring program with no contracts or agreements. Come in your sweats and tee-shirts ready for a great workout. This program is affordable and great for people of all ages and fitness levels. You must give this a try.

Young Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (YET) Program
This program was designed to educate our youth about finances and business. We have partnered up with several local businesses, including Washington Mutual in an effort to plant a seed within our youth in the hopes that we can help produce future business men and women and financially literate people. This is a unique program that is FREE to all of our students and staff and we are the only ones providing this service.

FREE Tutoring Program
We believe in education first, so we offer FREE tutoring Monday thru Thursday from 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Come out with your books in hand and a positive attitude, ready to learn in a fun and exciting manner and improve your grades. This program is open to everyone who is ready to learn. It is free to the public/community. We have 4.0 GPA High School Seniors and Honor Roll college students who teach and tutor our youth.

After School Program
Want an affordable alternative to daycare? Our After School Program is fun, exciting and affordable. Also, through our non-profit organization, the Affiliated Martial Arts Promoters Association (AMAPA), this program is tax-deductible!
We pick up your children from their schools and transport them to our facility where they're given time to work on their homework or study and receive help through our free tutoring program, eat a snack and practice martial arts (5) five days per week. If you need an early pick-up, it's no problem. We'll pick your children up with no additional cost to you. This is a wonderful program and your kids will love it!

Grappling & Stick Fighting Competition Teams
We have several competition teams that the students can compete on. Our grappling program is based on Kodakan Judo and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
Our stick fighting program is based on techniques from the Philippine Martial Art, Senkotiros.

Traditional and Open Forms Competition Teams
We have traditional and open forms competition teams.Traditional forms are the forms, called pinons, created by the founders of Kajukenbo. For those on the Open Forms Team, they are allowed to create their own form, using hand techniques, kicks and gymnastics. We have several World and National Champions who come and help our open forms team with the competition forms.

Point Sparring Competition Team
We have one of the best point sparring teams in Northern California. Our students compete in both regional and National competitions.

Demo Team
When we want to showcase our program we call on Team D-1 & Only Elite, our demonstration team. This team is made up of some of our top students and they perform all over the county for various organizations and occassions.

Kickboxing Competition Team
Our Kickboxing Team trains every Friday night from 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Our team is new, but so far is doing an exceptional job. Our fighters who compete in 2010, have gone undefeated so far and we expect to do just as well in 2011.

Private Lessons
This time slot is set aside for private lessons to help students with their requirements or special things that you want to work on, such as weapons, open forms, sparring or stick fighting. This is also time for our adult students to come and go over their requirements such as punch attacks, grab arts, or pinons. You can set up private lessons with Sifu Jarell, Sifu Sean, Sifu Antjuan, Sifu Eric or Simu Leah.
